Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader with 1-3 years of experience to oversee a small team within our Guwahati operations. This role is ideal for an Any Graduate who is looking to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the efficient functioning of our power generation facilities. You will be responsible for guiding your team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, and reporting on team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of 3-5 members, providing direction and support.
- Monitor daily team activities, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively to team members.
- Track team progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives, challenges, and feedback.
- Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on team productivity and outcomes.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
- Uphold company policies and values in all team interactions.
