Team Manager - Events / Live Entertainment (Mumbai)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager with 3-4 years of experience to lead and manage event execution teams. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech background to bring innovative and efficient solutions to our live entertainment projects in Mumbai. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of event coordinators and technical staff to ensure seamless event delivery.

Oversee all phases of event production, from planning and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analysis.

Apply technical knowledge gained from M.Tech to optimize event logistics, technical setups, and operational efficiency.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Develop and implement innovative event strategies and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for all events.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall event objectives.
