Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Director to lead our software product development initiatives in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team leadership. You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the technical strategy for software product development.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, architects, and QA professionals.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices in software design, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and other departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation by exploring and integrating emerging technologies.
- Manage technical risks and ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our software products.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on architectural decisions.
- Contribute to the recruitment and retention of top engineering talent.
