Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of developers in designing, coding, and testing software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
