Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Operations professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our telecommunications network infrastructure, supporting daily operations, and contributing to service excellence. This role requires a Diploma in a relevant technical field and a strong understanding of ISP/Telecom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems within the network infrastructure.
- Respond to network incidents and outages, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
