Technical Trainer - Telecom / ISP (Kochi) - 1-2 Yrs Exp

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Trainer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training programs to our technical staff, ensuring they are proficient in the latest telecom technologies and operational procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles derived from an M.Com background, applied to understanding the operational and training costs within the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training materials for technical teams on telecom infrastructure, network operations, and customer service protocols.

Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the technical workforce.

Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.

Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in telecom training.

Collaborate with technical experts and departmental heads to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.

Assist in the financial planning and budgeting of training programs, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
