Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for recent M.Sc graduates with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in a dynamic corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements and reservation systems to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in booking and managing domestic and international flight, train, and hotel reservations for employees.

Coordinate travel itineraries, including visa processing and travel insurance arrangements.

Maintain accurate records of all bookings, expenses, and travel-related documentation.

Liaise with travel agents, airlines, and hotels to secure best rates and availability.

Provide support to employees regarding travel policies and procedures.

Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.

Utilize reservation software and internal systems for efficient management of bookings.

Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
