Town / Urban Planner - B.Tech/B.E. Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Town / Urban Planner with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and development of our network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with urban development regulations and future growth projections. This role requires a strong understanding of urban planning principles, regulatory frameworks, and data analysis to support our expansive telecommunications network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic urban planning initiatives for network expansion and optimization.
• Analyze demographic data, land use patterns, and infrastructure requirements to inform network deployment decisions.
• Liaise with municipal authorities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local planning regulations and obtain necessary permits.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and spatial plans for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new infrastructure projects within urban and semi-urban areas.
• Utilize GIS and other planning software to visualize data, create maps, and support planning processes.
• Monitor urban development trends and policy changes relevant to the telecommunications industry.
