We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TPA Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and be eager to contribute to our ongoing projects in the renewable energy sector. This role is crucial for managing and executing Third-Party Agreements, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate Third-Party Agreements (TPAs) under supervision.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of TPAs, from initiation to execution and renewal.
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) to ensure TPA terms are met.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of all executed TPAs.
- Monitor TPA compliance and identify potential risks or deviations.
- Assist in resolving disputes or issues arising from TPAs.
- Prepare reports on TPA status and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices concerning TPAs.
