Travel Desk Manager - Corporate (Delhi) - 1-2 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Desk Manager with 1-2 years of experience to manage corporate travel arrangements for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of travel logistics and airline operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all domestic and international travel bookings for employees, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Negotiate with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, travel agencies) to secure competitive rates and preferential services.
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost control.
- Manage the travel budget and track travel expenses, providing regular reports to management.
- Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and employee travel history.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new technologies to optimize travel services.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand travel needs and provide support.
- Utilize travel management software and tools for booking and reporting.
