We are seeking a dynamic and creative TV Producer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, evidenced by an M.Tech degree, and a passion for sports and entertainment content production. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of compelling television content, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to broadcast standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop engaging TV program ideas, particularly within the sports and leisure domain.
• Manage all aspects of pre-production, including scripting, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee on-site and studio productions, directing crews and ensuring smooth execution of shoots.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, camera operators, and other production staff to achieve the desired creative vision.
• Ensure all content meets broadcast quality standards and complies with regulatory guidelines.
• Manage post-production processes, including editing, sound mixing, graphics, and final output.
• Utilize technical expertise from M.Tech background to troubleshoot production challenges and innovate workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in television production.
