UAV Pilot - Defence Sector (Nagpur) - 3-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled UAV Pilot with 3-4 years of experience, holding a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, to join our Defence & Aerospace division in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for various defence-related missions, ensuring safe and effective mission execution. This role requires a strong understanding of flight operations, data analysis, and adherence to stringent safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot and operate various types of UAVs for surveillance, reconnaissance, and other defence-related missions.
- Plan and execute flight missions, including pre-flight checks, in-flight monitoring, and post-flight analysis.
- Analyze and interpret flight data, sensor outputs, and imagery to provide actionable intelligence.
- Maintain comprehensive flight logs and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues during flight operations.
- Collaborate with ground control teams, mission planners, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in UAV technology and operational best practices.
