Urdu Teacher - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Urdu Teacher to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Urdu language and cultural programs for our employees, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the language within our diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging Urdu language lessons tailored to adult learners with varying proficiency levels.
- Develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct interactive workshops and cultural activities to promote Urdu language and heritage.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the HR and Events team to integrate Urdu language and cultural awareness into corporate events and employee engagement programs.
- Stay updated with the latest pedagogical approaches in language teaching.
- Manage classroom logistics and ensure a positive learning environment.
