UX Architect (Mangalore) - 1-2 Yrs

We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented UX Architect with a Doctorate/PhD to join our growing team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about understanding user behavior and translating complex financial needs into intuitive digital experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our user interfaces and interaction models.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth user research, including qualitative and quantitative studies, to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors within the BFSI domain.

Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for complex financial applications.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to advocate for user-centered design principles.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of user interaction patterns and best practices in financial technology.

Contribute to the definition and evolution of our design system and UX guidelines.

Present research insights and design recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
