UX Design Manager - Aviation (Indore)

We are seeking a talented and motivated UX Design Manager to join our growing team in Indore. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our aviation products and services, focusing on intuitive and engaging interfaces for our passengers and internal stakeholders. You will lead a small team, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and ensure our digital offerings meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a knack for creative problem-solving, and a passion for the aviation industry. A background in LLM will be highly beneficial for understanding complex user needs and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new and existing aviation-related digital products, from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices in the aviation industry.
- Translate complex technical requirements and user insights (potentially informed by LLM understanding) into elegant and functional design solutions.
