Venture Capital Investor (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Venture Capital Investor with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong interest in the metals and mining sector and a foundational understanding of investment principles, even with a 12th Pass educational background. You will support the investment team in identifying, evaluating, and managing investments in early-stage companies within the metals and mining ecosystem in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in screening and sourcing potential investment opportunities within the Indian metals and mining startup landscape.
- Conduct preliminary due diligence on target companies, including market research and analysis of business models.
- Support senior team members in financial analysis, including building basic financial models and reviewing pitch decks.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
- Monitor existing portfolio companies and assist in reporting on their performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in the metals and mining sector.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide insights based on research and analysis.
