Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty - Graduation Not Required Professionals

We are seeking experienced professionals to join us as Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty at our Ahmedabad location. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-4 years of practical experience who possess strong domain knowledge in the BFSI sector and are looking to share their expertise. The primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our employees, focusing on practical applications and industry best practices. We value candidates who can translate real-world scenarios into valuable learning experiences for our workforce. While formal graduation is not a prerequisite, demonstrable expertise and a passion for teaching are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical training sessions on various BFSI topics, including but not limited to, customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge (loans, insurance, investments), and regulatory compliance.
2. Develop and update training materials, case studies, and assessment tools relevant to the BFSI industry and our business operations.
3. Share real-world insights, industry trends, and practical challenges faced by professionals in the BFSI sector.
4. Facilitate interactive learning sessions, encourage discussions, and address participant queries effectively.
5. Assess participant learning and provide constructive feedback.
6. Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.
