Voice & Accent Trainer at Corporate

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to join our corporate training team in Nasik. This role is crucial in enhancing the communication skills of our employees, particularly in customer-facing roles, ensuring clear, confident, and professional vocal delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting needs analysis to identify voice and accent-related training gaps within the organization.

Designing and delivering engaging training modules focused on pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and clarity.

Providing one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to improve their vocal effectiveness.

Utilizing various training methodologies, including role-playing, simulations, and audio-visual aids.

Monitoring trainee progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training.

Collaborating with HR and departmental managers to align training objectives with business needs.
