Volunteer - Social & Public Service - Aviation Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and socially conscious MBA/PGDM graduate with 2-3 years of experience to volunteer for our Social & Public Service initiatives. This role will involve contributing to community development projects and public welfare activities, leveraging your business acumen and project management skills within the aviation industry context. You will work closely with our CSR team to plan, execute, and monitor various social impact programs, aligning them with our corporate values and community needs in and around Vishakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of CSR strategies and projects focused on community upliftment, education, and healthcare.

Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for new social initiatives.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned CSR activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external NGOs to ensure effective project delivery.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of social programs, preparing reports for management.

Facilitate community engagement and build relationships with local stakeholders.

Contribute to public service campaigns and awareness drives.
