Warden - Events / Live Entertainment (Vijayawada)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warden with 3-4 years of experience to oversee and manage on-site event logistics and operations in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all event-related activities, maintain security, and manage resources effectively, contributing to the successful execution of live entertainment and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the on-site setup and breakdown of event venues.
- Ensure adherence to event schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and on-site staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage inventory of event assets and equipment, ensuring their proper use and return.
- Implement and enforce site rules and safety regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for on-site queries and issue resolution.
- Maintain a secure and orderly environment throughout the event duration.
- Assist in managing crowd control and attendee flow.
- Conduct post-event site inspections and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Support the event management team in executing various operational tasks.
