Warehouse Executive - Events / Live Entertainment (Pune) - 1-2 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management and dispatch of event equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting and possess a 12th-pass qualification. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operations of our event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming event equipment and materials accurately.

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring proper labeling and storage.

Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching equipment for various events.

Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.

Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and retrieval of equipment.

Assist in the setup and dismantling of event equipment as needed.
