Workshop Manager / Supervisor - Aviation

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workshop Manager / Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of workshop operations and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our aviation workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Manage inventory and procurement of workshop materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies within the workshop.
• Supervise and guide workshop technicians and staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor workshop performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all workshop activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and financial transactions.
• Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the workshop operations.
