1-2 Yrs Materials Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Materials Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles. You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure smooth operations within our fitness and wellness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory levels of fitness equipment, consumables, and other operational supplies.
- Support the procurement process by identifying suppliers, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent stockouts.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain warehouse or storage areas for efficient access and inventory control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material needs and delivery schedules.
- Implement and adhere to inventory management best practices and company policies.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives related to material procurement and inventory holding.
- Participate in regular stock audits and reconciliation processes.
