Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Practice Manager / Head with 2-4 years of experience to lead and grow our Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership qualities, and a proven track record in project management within the Indian context. This role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives, client engagement, and operational excellence within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate practice in alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence for all projects.
- Manage a team of engineers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition and relationship management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in India.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, providing technical guidance and career support.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the practice.
