Account Director - Engineering & Construction

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Director with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical understanding, particularly with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, to manage and grow key client relationships within the Engineering & Construction sector. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the Engineering & Construction industry.

Understand client business challenges and technical requirements, translating them into actionable strategies and proposals.

Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth.

Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to clients.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Monitor client project progress and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Utilize your MCA background to understand and articulate technical solutions relevant to the E&C sector.
