Instructional Designer Job Opportunity - Engineering & Construction (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Instructional Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning solutions within the engineering and construction sector. You will play a crucial role in developing training materials that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce, contributing to the successful execution of our large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training programs, e-learning modules, and other learning materials for various employee groups within the engineering and construction domains.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, ensure accuracy, and translate technical information into easily understandable learning experiences.

Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning content.

Develop assessments, quizzes, and other evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Manage training projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.

Adapt and revise existing training materials based on feedback and evolving business needs.
