Risk Manager - Engineering & Construction (2-3 Yrs) - Indore

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and have a foundational understanding of risk assessment and management principles within the engineering and construction sector. This role involves supporting the identification, analysis, and mitigation of project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the identification and documentation of potential project risks across various phases of engineering and construction projects.

Support the risk assessment process by gathering data, performing preliminary analysis, and documenting findings.

Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

Maintain risk registers and ensure timely updates and reporting on risk status to project management.

Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure risk management practices are integrated into project operations.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations on risk management activities for internal review and management.
