Reservation Manager - Engineering & Construction Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Reservation Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our Engineering & Construction division in Kochi. As a Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of project resource and equipment reservations, ensuring efficient utilization and timely availability to support our ongoing construction projects. This role is ideal for an Any Graduate looking to build a career in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all available project resources, including heavy machinery, vehicles, and specialized equipment.

Process and manage reservation requests from various project teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and project timelines.

Coordinate with procurement and maintenance departments to ensure that reserved resources are in optimal working condition and available as scheduled.

Track the utilization of reserved resources and identify any potential over-allocations or under-utilizations.

Liaise with site managers and project engineers to understand their resource needs and provide timely updates on reservation status.

Prepare regular reports on reservation status, resource utilization, and any associated issues for management review.

Assist in the planning and forecasting of future resource requirements based on project pipelines.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures related to resource management.
