The ideal candidate will leverage their BCA background to efficiently handle bookings, itineraries, and travel-related queries, ensuring a smooth travel experience for our business travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book domestic and international flights, hotels, and ground transportation for employees, adhering to company policies and travel budgets.
• Develop and manage detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and support.
• Utilize travel management software and booking platforms to optimize search for best fares and options.
• Process travel expense reports and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
• Assist with visa applications and other necessary travel documentation.
• Provide travel advisories and updates on relevant policies and regulations.
• Leverage analytical skills from BCA background to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve travel processes.
