Accountancy Teacher for M.Tech Graduates

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountancy Teacher to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, including an M.Tech degree, and 2-4 years of experience in teaching or corporate training, specifically focusing on accountancy principles. This role involves educating our team members on financial accounting, management accounting, and relevant accounting software, ensuring compliance and fostering financial acumen within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive accountancy training modules tailored to the needs of a corporate environment within the fitness and wellness industry.

Educate trainees on core accounting concepts, including financial accounting, cost accounting, management accounting, and taxation.

Provide practical training on accounting software and tools commonly used in business operations.

Assess trainee understanding through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback.

Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to the Indian context.

Mentor and guide trainees, fostering a strong understanding of financial principles and their application.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and customize content accordingly.
