Accounts Receivable Executive - IT Services & Consulting Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and reconciliation of accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other discrepancies.
• Perform daily reconciliation of accounts receivable to the general ledger.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding balances via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies by investigating documentation, account details, and communication with customers.
• Prepare and review aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all AR-related entries are accurate and complete.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
