Casting Director - 3-4 Yrs - IT Services & Consulting

We are seeking a talented Casting Director with 3-4 years of experience, ideally with a B.Com background, to join our team in Ludhiana. The Casting Director will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for various roles within our IT services and consulting divisions. This role requires a strong understanding of the talent landscape, excellent communication, and negotiation skills to ensure we bring in the best professionals to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive casting strategies to meet the company's talent acquisition needs.

Source and screen candidates through various channels, including professional networks, industry events, and recruitment platforms.
