In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a B.Sc degree and 2-3 years of experience to grow their career in a dynamic IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand data-related challenges.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in data cleansing, transformation, and preparation activities.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of business intelligence solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
