- Support senior program managers in planning, executing, and closing IT programs and projects.

- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, identifying potential risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.

- Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
