Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our dynamic team at UpGrad. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience, looking to leverage their design thinking and analytical capabilities within the EdTech sector. You will play a crucial role in developing and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze student data to identify trends and predict outcomes related to course completion, career progression, and program effectiveness.

Develop and maintain actuarial models to forecast enrollment, revenue, and operational costs.

Collaborate with product and curriculum teams to design and evaluate new educational programs, using design thinking principles to ensure user-centricity.

Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Contribute to the design and implementation of data visualization tools to present findings effectively.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in actuarial science and educational analytics.
