Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and diligent Advisor / Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Noida. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who are eager to contribute to significant engineering and construction projects without the requirement of a formal degree. You will provide support and insights to our project teams, assisting in various operational and strategic aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers with daily operational tasks and reporting.
Provide support in data collection, analysis, and documentation for project progress.
Help in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Conduct basic research on industry trends and best practices relevant to construction projects.
Support the team in logistical arrangements and vendor communication.
Learn and apply company procedures and standards in day-to-day activities.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
