Affiliate Marketing - MNC (Ahmedabad) - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing professional to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing affiliate marketing programs, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with affiliates, driving traffic and conversions through strategic partnerships, and optimizing campaign performance to achieve business objectives. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and brand presence through effective affiliate collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates and partners relevant to the healthcare and life sciences industry.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary support, resources, and performance insights.

Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign data, and generate regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, ROI, and CPA.

Optimize affiliate campaigns through A/B testing, creative development, and promotional offers to maximize effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies in affiliate marketing activities.
