Job Description

Role Summary: Meril Life Sciences is seeking a motivated individual with a legal background (LLB) to join our After Sales Service & Repair team in Vadodara. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain practical exposure in the medical device industry, focusing on service, repair, and related legal compliance aspects. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase and adhering to all regulatory and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating and scheduling after-sales service and repair activities for medical devices.
- Liaise with customers to understand service requirements and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and client interactions.
- Support the legal and compliance team in ensuring all service operations adhere to relevant Indian regulations and company policies.
- Review and interpret service agreements, warranties, and customer contracts.
- Assist in resolving customer disputes or complaints related to product performance or service delivery, with a legal perspective.
- Collaborate with the technical service team to understand repair processes and documentation needs.
- Stay updated on product updates, service bulletins, and any legal or regulatory changes affecting after-sales services.
