Warden - Medical Devices & Equipment (Ahmedabad) - 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warden to oversee the safety, security, and operational efficiency of our facilities in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science degree and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical devices or a related industry. You will be responsible for ensuring a secure and well-maintained environment for our employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and company assets.
- Manage access control systems and monitor surveillance equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards or security vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement when necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of security-related equipment and supplies.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing immediate support and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, inspections, and visitor logs.
- Assist in the training of staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and administration departments on employee welfare and facility management aspects.
