Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director - Program Management to lead critical projects within our medical devices and equipment division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven leadership capabilities to drive project success from inception to completion. You will be instrumental in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving key program objectives in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end program management of new medical device development and product lifecycle management initiatives.

Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships as required for program success.

Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
