We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Repair and Maintenance Technician with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our advanced medical devices and equipment. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on a variety of medical equipment, including imaging systems, diagnostic devices, and patient monitoring units.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electromechanical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent, in the company's service management system.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and ensure adequate stock levels for common repairs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols, particularly those related to medical device handling and electrical safety.
- Provide technical support and basic training to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
