Assignment Editor - Medical Devices & Equipment (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Assignment Editor with 2-4 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating editorial assignments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, and supporting the editorial workflow within the medical devices and equipment sector. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of editorial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end editorial assignment process, from initial request to final publication.

Allocate tasks to writers, editors, and other content creators based on expertise, availability, and deadlines.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues.

Ensure all editorial content adheres to company style guides, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain accurate records of assignments, deadlines, and content status.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contributors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Assist in the development and implementation of editorial workflows and best practices.
