Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our team at Arogya World in Delhi. This role is crucial for supporting our medical outreach programs and ensuring safe and effective anesthesia administration. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of basic medical procedures, with a 12th Pass qualification being the educational foundation. You will work closely with our medical teams to provide essential anesthesia services to beneficiaries in various community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing minor surgical procedures as per established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and physiological status during anesthesia and recovery.
- Assist in preparing patients for anesthesia, including pre-anesthetic evaluation and counseling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including anesthesia charts and post-operative notes.
- Ensure all anesthesia equipment and supplies are properly maintained, sterilized, and readily available.
- Respond effectively to any anesthesia-related emergencies or complications.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development as required.
