Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Deck - Other professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at Pratham Education Foundation in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and organized management of educational materials and resources, contributing directly to our mission of improving education access for children across India. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and a strong understanding of logistical processes within a non-profit setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the inventory, tracking, and dispatch of educational supplies, books, and learning materials to various project sites and beneficiaries.
- Develop and implement efficient systems for receiving, storing, and distributing resources, ensuring accuracy and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage shipping schedules, negotiate rates, and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory levels, and associated costs using relevant software and databases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies regarding the handling and transportation of goods.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and shipping processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Prepare reports on shipping activities, inventory status, and logistical performance for management review.
- Collaborate with program managers to forecast material needs and plan logistics accordingly.
