Dispatch Executive / Officer - NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Dispatch Executive / Officer to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a Master's degree and 1-3 years of experience in logistics, coordination, or administrative support within the non-profit sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient dispatch of materials, documents, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records. This is a crucial role that supports our mission of improving educational outcomes for children across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Maintain detailed records of all dispatches, including inventory levels, shipping manifests, and delivery confirmations.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.

Prepare and manage dispatch documentation, including invoices, waybills, and receipts.

Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to dispatch and inventory management.

Assist in inventory management, including stocktaking and reconciliation.
