Role Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hair Stylist / Hairdresser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hair care services to beneficiaries, focusing on personal grooming and hygiene as part of our holistic development programs. This position is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community. Post Graduation is not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a range of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, perming, and styling for diverse age groups and hair types.
Consult with beneficiaries to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
Educate beneficiaries on basic hair care routines and product usage.
Assist in organizing community grooming workshops and events.
Collaborate with program coordinators to integrate grooming services into broader development initiatives.
