Job Description

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Arts Teacher to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree who can foster artistic development within a corporate environment. The Arts Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging art programs that contribute to employee well-being and corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement art workshops and activities for employees, catering to various skill levels.

Develop curriculum and lesson plans that align with the company's wellness and engagement objectives.

Manage art supplies and ensure a safe and organized studio environment.

Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate art programs into corporate events and initiatives.

Stay updated on current art trends and educational methodologies.

Utilize organizational and communication skills gained from a BBA/BBM to manage program logistics and participant engagement.
