Ayurved Practitioners - Engineering & Construction Sector

We are seeking a motivated Ayurved Practitioner to join our team, focusing on employee wellness and holistic health within our dynamic engineering and construction environment. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience who possess a strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and their application in a corporate setting. While post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement, a solid foundation in Ayurvedic medicine and a passion for promoting well-being are essential. You will contribute to developing and implementing wellness programs designed to enhance the health and productivity of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial health assessments and consultations with employees to understand their Ayurvedic constitution (Prakriti) and current health concerns.

Develop personalized wellness plans based on Ayurvedic principles, including diet, lifestyle, herbal remedies, and stress management techniques.

Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on various aspects of Ayurveda, such as nutrition, detoxification, and mental well-being.

Provide guidance on maintaining a balanced lifestyle to manage work-related stress and improve overall health.

Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to integrate Ayurvedic practices into corporate wellness initiatives.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.

Stay updated with the latest research and developments in Ayurveda and corporate wellness.
