Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Back Office Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and be adept at managing administrative tasks, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning within the real estate development sector. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project documentation, client information, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Assist in the organization and scheduling of meetings, site visits, and client appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Support procurement processes and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy.
