BI Administration (3-5 Yrs) | Jaipur

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced BI Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to manage and maintain our Business Intelligence infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, integrity, and availability of our BI platforms, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation and excellent problem-solving skills, suitable for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade BI software and related components.
- Monitor BI system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within the BI environment.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for data integration and warehousing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for BI systems and processes.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand reporting needs and provide technical support.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for BI infrastructure.
